Staff issues
Raising workplace concerns in a structured, respectful way.
This page explains the kinds of issues the committee can help surface and how concerns move from individual experiences to constructive engagement.
Wellbeing
Workload and workplace wellbeing
Concerns about workload, support, pressure, and the conditions staff need to do good work.
Fair process
Fairness, dignity, and due process
Questions about consistency, respectful treatment, procedures, and staff confidence in decisions.
Communication
Information and transparency
Issues where staff need clearer communication, better updates, or stronger feedback loops.
How to share a concern
Start by describing the issue clearly: what happened, who is affected, and what outcome would help. The committee can then identify whether the concern is individual, shared, urgent, or better handled through another formal route.
Useful detail to include
- The concern in one sentence.
- Whether others are affected.
- Relevant dates or context.
- The kind of support or response needed.
